Do you take customized orders?
Yes 💝!
Basic customization (like name, date, text, or color choices) is available directly on each product page before adding to cart.
For special requests or unique designs not shown on our website, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM to discuss.
How long does it take to make and deliver an order?
Because our products are handmade and often personalized, we usually take:
Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on product & customization).
Delivery time: 2–5 business days within Pakistan.
We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your required date for best results.
Do you offer urgent or express orders?
Yes, in some cases 🚚✨. Urgent orders may be accepted depending on availability, with an additional express fee. Please contact us directly before placing an urgent order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation (mandatory)
50% Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving your order
This helps us cover material costs for customized products while giving you flexibility at delivery.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Right now, we only ship within Pakistan 🇵🇰. International shipping will be added soon — stay tuned!
What is your return & refund policy?
Since our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
The product arrives damaged.
There is a mistake from our side.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, we begin production and cannot cancel customized orders.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes 🎁 All our products are carefully packaged, and you can request special gift wrapping or personalized notes at checkout.
