you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.”

Handmade Products

• All our products are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.
• These variations are not considered defects — they are part of the uniqueness of handmade items.

Orders & Customization

• Basic customization (name, date, text, and color) is available directly on each product page.
• For special designs or requests not shown on our website, please contact us before placing your order.
• Orders are processed only after the 50% advance payment has been received.

• Payment terms: 50% advance at the time of order confirmation (required) and 50% Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving your order.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once production has started.

Payments

Returns & Refunds

• As all items are handmade and customized, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases where:
• The product arrives damaged, or
• There is an error from our side.
• To claim a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.

Gift Packaging

• All orders are carefully packaged.
• Special gift wrapping or personalized notes are available upon request at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard production time: 5–10 business days (depending on product and customization).
• Delivery within Pakistan: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Please place your order at least 2–3 weeks before your required date for timely delivery.
• We currently ship only within Pakistan.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
• After this period, cancellation is not possible as production begins immediately for customized products.

Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse our website or copy our product designs/content without permission.
• All images, text, and designs on CutesyKrafted are the intellectual property of tbrand.
